If you chose to spray, and decide to use a 2-part epoxy paint (Awlgrip
or the equivalent), it is very strongly recommended that you use a
positive-pressure respirator.  None of these dinky little paper
masks.  Not even a decent organic respirator.  The catalyst in epoxy
paints is based on isocyanate, a very nasty cyanide deriviative
(methyl isocyanate was the chemical that killed 17,000 people at
Bhopal).

I understand that you can get away with rolling and tipping using a 2-
part and an organic respirator since so much less of the chemical is
released into the air, but when spraying you want a suppy of fresh
air.  Or the fire department will be coming to give you a jump-start.
