Here's another suggestion.  I used Pettit Easypoxy on my 17'
Uniflite.  I was surprised at how easy it was to use (just like the
name says) and lucked out since it was a PERFECT match to the original
gelcoat.  Regardless of color, I would use it again.  I watched a
small sailboat hull painted in my marina with the same product.  It
was brushed on in three coats and lightly sanded between each coat.  I
doubt anyone could tell it wasn't sprayed because it was so smoooth.

I have no idea about longevity of the product but depending on your
age, it could last a lifetime...
