Brian: Its called sealing strip & Tape you can get from defender
marine outfitters? just I note I did use the beckson plastic channel.
I got tired of the mold and rot from the SS track. The double channel
plastic a little harder to install. Need drill press and you have to
make a  fixture to drill & Counterbore for the screws. I have no fear
that the windows will fall out and they slide way easier. I own a 42
conv. I posted some pictures of the fixture and the way it looks when
done. I used black. Here in florida we get a lot of rain and no LEAKS.
