Jim: That greyish colored caulking you can still get comes in a roll, buy it at a motor home ,trailer supply store. I redid my windows and used a 100% silicone caulking stays pliable over long period of time. rot and mildew resistant unlike the SS track. Use lots of it and wipe off what compresses out a business card folded is perfect for getting off the excess.LOL GP
