I have a 1978 32 SS with gas engines and I have been trying to find
someone to polish my fuel in Southern Cal and no one will do it. But
I have been told that that really does not help the problem discussed
here as the crap still stays in the tank and the only way to really to
fix the issue cut access plates into them to clean. I have been told
that you remove the gas, fill up the tank with water, then start
cutting. Have been told that you may have to cut multiple holes if
the tanks have bafffles in them creating compartments. Any thoughts
or comments? I am getting tired of changing out all those fuel
filters at 40 bucks each as the craps keeps coming out of the tanks.

Keep the boat full in California and we deal with our E10 gas going
bad on us.
