I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT BLOCK HEATERS ARE,. WHAT I*  DO KNOW IS THAT THE ONE
ENGINE STARTS IMMEDIATELY WITH NO HEATING OF GLOWPLUGS OR ANYTHING. YES I
HAVE THE 671,S*
