Your emails are going through Doug. I got it 5 times. I don't have a 46 so I
can't help you. My 42 windlass is wired into the house bank.

Subject: [UnifliteWorld] windlass

Does anyone know if the 1984 46' Uniflite windlass has a dedicated
battery? If so, where is it?

I cannot trace the source cable to either the GenSet battery nor the
engine batteries. It goes into the floor of the anchor locker, then
disappears. Both the Genset and engine batteries are several feet aft
and I've been told the windlass battery is generally very close to the
windlass.

I've lifted every access cover I can find and cannot find either a
battery or the source cable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Doug
