I'm also looking at replacing one window in the head. Currently duct tape has been the solution for the crack. I started lifting out the old felt but stopped when I realized it would just disintegrate. They slide OK and the duct tape is a reminder of how the window broke. My dear wife thought she was helping me one evening while entertaining guests on board. I had to get up and use the head. I normally place one hand on the bulk head when I'm standing whether sober or otherwise, so I stay stationary when taking aim at the bowl. This maneuver keeps me rolling with the boat and aimed just right. My lovely wife thought it would be helpful to hold my belt that evening so my usual arm brace was not available. The problem occurred when for some reason, she let go. I was leaning forward, to aim the best I could, in my ' otherwise state' and just kept going.
