OK, tracked it down to the addition of the dentry locks.
It deadlocks if it enteres the following if:
if (!restart && (pdgen != sbgen)) {
This is in dentry.c line 74, unionfs_d_revalidate..
I unfortunatly couldn't fix it, and I doubt that I'll have the time to
do it anytime soon. Would be great if anybody could offer some help
with this, as deadlocks are really a pain.
