This is one of the reasons why I believe the boundaries were chosen not for reasons of historic preservation but of social engineering of a particularly insidious kind.
What kind of insidious social engineering are you ascribing to the original members of the group that started HD 15 years ago when there was no new school or corresponding catchment area, Al. Why don't you say what you mean?
