Went to Le Mandingue at Cedar Point Park last night only to find that it still hasn't opened. Yuppie conspiracy? Why isn't the UCD/Penn cabal doing its darndest to help this deserving restaurant open up?
Note that "hair-braiding salons" are joining "used condoms" and "40s" as racial code words. How many such salons are there on the Baltimore strip anyway? Understandably they would be of no use to dead bald white Europeans.
