I don't know if I'd have to use sand paper with this chemical, but I
imagine i would. It seems cheaper for me to do it rather than to hire the
great guy who sanded and refinished my floors...
Most paint strippers will work; I'd recommend NMP-based, as they're
safer than methylene chloride. Do NOT use Citrustrip. You'll also need
brass-bristle brushes, denatured alcohol to clean the wood afterwards,
and yes, some sanding.
