Someone from Washington Square West asked what safety is like in University City. It's on the phillyblog forum. It looks like many of you have checked out the site, but I encourage you to start posting. There will be a good level of interaction between people in this community and people around the City.
If you are really so concerned about the moderator rules, realize that the site is run by volunteers. Maybe one day they will make money (unlikely) but it's a labor of love. They are not trying to control conversation from what I've seen.
