What about that Hack money? Can't it go to devising some kind of area for dogs to be exercised off-leash? I don't hear any complaints about not enough plants or trees or flowers in Clark Park but I certainly do hear a lot about dogs!!!

But people had told me that Chow Chows had agressive behaviors and that I couldn't train or love it out of my dog. They were right. A few weeks before my wedding, one of my bridesmaids was putting something in the trash when my Chow Chow got irritated and almost took her arm off. The wedding pictures were cute with her arm in a sling, but at least she still had her arm. I had to learn that hard way that no amount of love or disciipline can ever take away the instinct. Same goes for dogs left unleashed or wandering around in a park with other dogs. Their instinct will take over and this pack mentality will take control over your otherwise sweet little harmless creatures. Please be wise about this.
