I just ran into an interesting statistic on Rodin's Legacy Page: http://www.upenn.edu/pennnews/rodin_legacy/highlights_philadelphia.html
In 10 years, ONLY 340 Faculty and Staff have utilized Penn's Mortgage program!
Given that Penn has roughly 20,000 employees working on-campus, that is an amazingly low number. Much lower than I would have guessed, or that people assume.
