In 10 years, ONLY 340 Faculty and Staff have utilized Penn's Mortgage
program! Given that Penn has roughly 20,000 employees working
on-campus, that is
an amazingly low number
It sure makes me sad that Penn's Mortgage Program can't be utilized for
community residents who don't work at Penn but live in the neighborhood.
Oh well...Surely a program could be shaped.
