The part I find most interesting thing about this story is that the
Philadelphia Police "said they had no records about the incident."

Former Marine charged with assault

A Drexel student alledgedly shot at a University City District security
official April 23.

Steve Greene was on a bike patrol shortly after 1 a.m. riding east on
Powelton Avenue near 32nd Street when a bullet was fired in his direction.
Greene was not injured.

Hallett, a 22-year-old resident of Chester County, is enrolled as a junior
majoring in business administration. Hallett is also a member of the Alpha
Pi Lambda fraternity, which lost recognition from Drexel in February.
Hallett served in Iraq as a corporal in the Marine Corps. While attached
to the 4th Infantry Division, he saw combat in "battle hardened areas"
such as Al-Nasiriya and Tikrit, according to the Alpha Pi Lambda 2003

Several attempts were made by The Triangle to get in touch with the
Philadelphia Police Department to obtain information about the status of
the investigation and to confirm the location of and charges against
Hallett; however, several officials in the department said they had no
records about the incident...
