Andrew probably figured if he overthrew the Drexel administration and was somehow able to install a pro Alpha Pi Lambda fraternity, Drexel puppet government; they could regain their lost recognition from Drexel ? (I don't think Drexel has any oil reserves.)
This guy may have been part of the Bush team deciding startedgy in Iraq and didn't realize that kind of flawed logic only works if you are commander in chief, of the worlds most powerful army.
