I had to laugh when I looked at the prices. Are they really expecting to get $425,000 for a 2BR/2.5bath condo?
Interesting prices since many of Penn's employees who'd want to use this couldn't get the money Penn gives because it's so much. Only 19/34 are purchasable under Penn's mortgage programs.
