If you compare the size of the rear yards of the adjacent Baltimore Avenue properties, you will notice that they are very small. The backyards of the Dahlak properties are taken up by the addition Amare built, which go right up to the property line. The land beyond the property line belongs to Abbraccio, so the problem is until Dahlak buys or rents the land, they're trespassing on someone else's property.

Are you suggesting that it is improper or illegal for Dahlak to use the back
door as an entrance? I can understand your complaint about Dahlak using the
area for seating, hanging out, but not the back entrance issue. Whats the
problem with that?
