Frank, If you distrust your boss so much that you believe he would say in public, "Frank is not fired," after secretly having told you, "Frank, you're fired" -- then, in my opinion, you should quit now, before things reach this pass.
I might note John Fenton has not disputed in public this public contention of UCD's, that he's still an employee. And he's had many an opportunity. All this is rapidly evolving even as we tap, of course.
