This quote from Barry Grossbach suggests a contradiction to the later Penn claims made at both yesterday's meeting and the architectural committee about SHCA hosting open public forums. I'd like to see the letter but that report doesn't sound like a confirmation of what Penn Real Estate is claiming in its assertions to government officials. The secrecy and lack of openness makes it difficult but if we keep sharing information, we residents can put the pieces together.
