Wow, that is weird.  I hadn't heard anyone from the
Penn team make that claim about UCHS extensive
discussions to city officials.  

Did Lussenhop include the dates of these UCHS 
discussions by members during the summer? The Board of
UCHS could confirm Lussenhop's claims. And when we see
the documentation of the announcements maybe we can
figure out why some members were unaware.  And perhaps
get a better sense about how many of the 500 members
participated in these extensive discussions or were
also unaware of these.
