Or, more likely: his reply went to both the UnivCity and UCneighbors
lists, and since he ain't on UC Neighbors, it bounced back from there.
Simple remedy: remove the UC Neighbors list from the "reply to" field.
It's the same thing you do to prevent multiple copies of replies going
to the individuals. Lord knows why he's bitching about it.

Citizen's posts could be rejected and not posted publicly because
of this cross-posting to a censored list. It is too bad that
barking cheese is pathetic but that is not a problem for the
community. It's not a censored list that is worth a single lost
post by someone trying to make a public post.
