Charter schools ALSO depend upon funds from the SDP which contributes to budget cuts, loss of services, supplies and personnel from public schools.
After nearly six years, the data shows that most Private management schools and charters in the City have NOT outpaced the increases in test scores of public schools; even with our cutbacks in resources and personnel.
