The Jewish Museum ran a big, deluxe exhibition on Lubin some time back in the 80s. Heaven only knows if they still have the material and/or contacts with the curator since they have moved. The curator was rather frail at the time so she may have gotten away from us.
Acording to curator Lubin had some type of production facility in North Philly, I want to say on Hunting Park Ave, but then I also want to say Lehigh. You'll have to check. Vague recollections of a spectacular fire shutting down that facility. Maybe that fella with Secret Cinema will jump up and report?
