On a way old thread:  "PTC"

In the Trolley Car Diner, on Gtn AVE ~7600, near Mascaro's yard, in Lower 
Chestnut Hill, I saw today a photo from circa 1895 of a passenger car that 
said:  "Peoples Traction Company"
