from Chelsea [note: a 'found' report has been filed with ACCT]:
I found a dog over the weekend in Gray's Ferry and cannot keep him. I'd like to avoid taking him to a shelter, so I'm looking for someone to either foster or adopt him. He is a small (~15lb) adult, my best guess is between 6-8 years old, intact male. He is very timid of loud noises and new people, but is slowly warming up to me. He has never been aggressive, but is very skittish. He gets along great with my dog and has been following him around since the moment I found him. I think he'd do very well in a home with another dog to help him feel a bit more secure and confident. Please help me find this little dude a new home! He deserves a chance but I can't keep him much longer.
