Hi, the best way to integrate both a linux PC and Windows PC is to install Samba on your Linux box. You then define shared drives using Samba which allows your windows PC to connect to the Linux server. There are a number of tools to help manage Samba, either via the command line (least easy) to Webmin and Swat which are web-browser based applications (easiest).
There are plenty of resources on the internet, but you should start at http://www.samba.org. Hope this helps Pete -- dropbear ------------------------------------------------------------------------ dropbear's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=176 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=17892 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
