I see a potential issue:  If your slimserver is running as user
slimserver, group slimserver, it's not going to be able to see the
music file you have listed on the remote share, since the file is not
world readable.  The directories above are, which is why you can see
the file at all, but the file itself isn't.  In the local filesystem,
the file is world readable, so slimserver can see it fine.

If it's a remote folder, permissions are often controlled at mount
time, or you can try a chmod -R +r as root on the Music folder and see
if that fixes things.

I'm guessing your tag database isn't all right.  Slimserver will guess
artist, album and song from the directory structure, but if it can't
read the file it can't read the tags either.

It might be helpful if we saw files and directories in the Music folder
on your remote folder as well.
