Actually the server starts up. But the web page only shows a few lines
of text on the right hand frame. The left side is blank.
And the player itself only has a few menu options ... browse works,
search doesn't work ... squeezenetwork works .. none of the plugins are
on (Date/Time screensaver).
So I guess technically it starts, but the functionality I need isn't
working (web page for streaming + player management, screensavers for
time/date display).
And how are you starting the server? With /etc/init.d/slimserver ?
Can you run 'perl slimserver.pl' manually?
Is this what you expect? Or do you believe the server and all player
functionality/web page should work fine?
The server and most of the player functionality should work.
I used RandomMix for a party last weekend using the code.
