I'm running slimserver 6.2.1 - 5194 - Linux - EN - iso-8859-1 on a Synology DS-101g+. Works great with my SB3 thanks to Chander's help (did it before SSODS).
I want to install AlienBBC so I can listen to BBC, NPR and ABC (Australia). The instructions for AlienBBC don't look too hard, but as a Linux newbie I am unsure how to install MPlayer. Seems like a big complicated package for my little NAS. Has anyone succeeded with this?
