Hi Folks, I'm now able to add to my list of mistakes. I've now cracked Kubuntu and Debian......ish.
I had a real problem with the linkstation not mounting at boot. Yesterday I found out why. When editing the etc/fstab file I had forgotten to enter a blank line after the last full line of code. AAAAARRRRGGGH! I also found that when using Kubuntu you have to enter sudo and when then first password comes up you enter the sudo password and on the second password you enter the password for the linkstation. Doh as they say! If only. Please let me know if you've made this elementary doodaa. We could start a club.
