I've got ClarkConnect running in "Standalone Mode - No Firewall".
In the C-C web interface, go to the 'Network / Settings / IP Settings' and see if you are running the same mode. I think if you want to run with the C-C firewall it should just be a matter of going to 'Network / Firewall / Incoming' and setting up a rule to allow incoming on port 9000.
