Thanks Fletch! However I'm still not having any luck. Using the new
script in bug 4718 I'm no longer getting errors when
/etc/init.d/slimserver.init status, instead I get this:

qasuse:/etc/init.d # ./slimserver.init start
Checking for service Slimserver
done

/etc/init.d/slimserver.init status:

qasuse:/etc/init.d # ./slimserver.init status
Checking for service Slimserver
unused

What does unused mean? Yast shows the slimserver.init as enabled, still
nothing showing at localhost:9000 :(

If it helps this is a freshly installed version of suse running in
virtual mode simply for testing, only I can't even get SlimServer to
run! Thanks again Fletch.
