OK, progress! I turned off Cool'n Quiet and now it has run for 24 hours without problems. I think that CQ was the cause of the crashes. I hope it will stay stable.
I will build another server, just in case. So to everyone who suddently experienced random shutdowns on FC5, try to disable Cool'n Quiet to see if it will help.
