I have a pc running XP which as 2 hard drives:

1. "C" Drive 250G which, at present, has XP on
2. "G" Drive 500G which has my music on

I am thinking of running Linux on this machine to act as my server so
my question is:

As the "G" drive was formatted using windows, does that mean that it
has to be re-formatted for Linux or is there a way to get the newly
formatted "C" drive, now running Ubuntu Edgy 6.10, to recognise it so I
can still use it to play my music without moving the music and then
re-formatting for Linux amd then moving the files back.

Hopefully that makes sense?

Thanks for the help,

Graham
