I don't understand the worries about the end of MS support.  They are
the last people I'd rely on if I had a prob with Windows.

First thing I do on any Windows box is strip out all the offending
viral cesspools (IE, OE, WMP, Scripting Host, Address Book, Messenger,
Chat, Netmeeting, etc).  Then I firewall (Kerio) all processes from
contacting microsoft.com.  Never had a single problem.  I don't need
any MS security updates, because I don't have the programs that require
constant patching.

I'm still running Win2000 with no Service Packs.  Almost everything MS
has released in the past 8 years has been blatantly anti-user.
