I have posted this in the CC forums but I thought I'd give it a try here
as this was where I gained most of my CC knowledge.

I am running ClarkConnect Community Edition (4.0) for slimS + storage.
After having a notebook stolen, which contained the CC login details, I
changed the password via the web dashboard.

I am <i>almost</i> certain I re-logged in at the time to check
everything was ok. Today though, I am getting the error: login failed,
when I try to log in. I have tried the old password and other
variations with no luck. I hooked the PC up to a keyboard and monitor,
and also cannot log in through the main screen.

I have previously, and still am able to login via WinSCP with the new
password. My CC knowledge is limited but I had guessed I logged in
using the CC root account with WinSCP ?! I haven't set up any other
accounts...

Is there a way of resetting the root password via WinSCP or am I doomed
to reinstall CC?
