bpa, Michael,

Son-of-a-gun - that works! I can use both aac and aacPlus now, using
SlimCD on my fanless nano-ITX.

Since SlimCD comes with mplayer Michael, I suggest that either
convert.conf be modified in the distribution to support these formats,
or maybe the existing wiki page for aacPlus be updated to support
SlimCD? Maybe I do that?

By the way, I am running SlimCD on this machine, see:
http://www.linuxdevices.com/news/NS4730464966.html

Running SlimCD 1.86, slimserver, mplayer, and flac consumes on average
about 15% of the cpu resources on this box, and 110 Mbytes of RAM. I am
using a 1 GByte IDE Flash drive to hold SlimCD, and 2,000 files of flac
music files is mounted via an external hard drive. I am going to push
that to ten thousand shortly. I am thinking of trying one of the new
pico-ITX boards next...

I want 500 GBytes of IDE flash to hold the music, so I can get rid of
the hard drive!

Anyway, thanks for the help.

-Ron
