I found this post: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=30860 ...and got the slimserver deb package from beneath http://debian.slimdevices.com/pool/main/ I have now used wget to grab all the deb packages beneath this URL into a single directory: wget -nc -nd -P"C:\Program Files\wget\slimserver" -r -l0 -p -np -t10 -k -nv -A.deb "http://debian.slimdevices.com/pool/main/"; ...but a few of them are i386 specific. Hopefully, those few should not be too difficult to sort out for PPC and I may be up and running before too long. However, it's going to be a busy couple of weeks at work so I may not be able to find the time to continue with the installation for a while. I'll keep you posted though, and many thanks for your suggestions so far.
