I been running Squeezecenter for a wile on Ubuntu 7.10 server. I run it 24/7 so I wanted to get a motherboard that did not take a lot of power. I got a Mini-ITX one with no fans. It don't have the same chip set. After I got the Ethernet to work I uninstalled Squeezecenter with:
apt-get autoremove squeezecenter Then installed it again with: apt-get install Squeezecenter That did not help. It runs some. But it will not scan my music. Some times it's web page at port 9000 will get a page can not be displayed. It's showing the time on my Slimp3 box. But I can't play any music or pod cast it looks like it's working but just does not start to play. I guess it did not install like new. Is there some way to tell Squeezecenter that it's on a new motherboard now? -- Raymond Day ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Raymond Day's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1332 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=46016 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
