I believe the PVR-150 (and dual-tuner PVR-500) are still workhorses in the MythTV world. Check ivtvdriver.org for updates, but I expect it's still well supported. Probably having an older card is better than a newer one, as normally the driver support lags a bit behind hardware vendors' chipset changes.
