I no longer run ClarkeConnect (CC) but did so for a long time with no trouble - so I will try to help from memory. I also have a BT Homehub. First, have you tested the ethernet cable? Do you have a flashing light on the ethernet port on the Tranquil? I would suggest you swap the cables between your PC and the CC You can get an extra command terminal by using function keys F2 and up. Log in and at the prompt enter: ifconfig eth0 this will display info on the NIC eth0 -- Ramage T5500 1.6GHz, SC 7.2-22869 Win Vista, Alien 2.0 P4 2.6GHz, SC 7.3-23688 WinXP, Alien 2.2b1-7.3 P2 266MHz, ubuntu server 8.10 SC 7.3~24187 Alien 2.4a1-7.3 AMD64x2 ubuntu 8.04, SC 7.3-24187, Alien 2.4a1-7.3 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Ramage's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=5343 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55834 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
