I transfered the file by copying them to a USB external hard drive and copying them back on the Linux box.
I can navigate to the file in an terminal window and it is there as expected. /Storage/Musique/CDs/Noël/Bing Crosby/The Best Of Bing Crosby- The Christmas Collection/07 - Jingle Bells.flac I do see the accented character OK (e umlaut). However looking at the log again, I can see that the path is being converted to a URL as: file:///Storage/Musique/CDs/No%EBl/Bing%20Crosby/The%20Best%20Of%20Bing%20Crosby-%20The%20Christmas%20Collection/07%20-%20Jingle%20Bells.flac The accented character is coded as %EB. Should it not be coded as ë? -- Pierre ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pierre's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7726 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=60157
