You shouldn't use any of the IP addresses from your router's DHCP pool to set the static IP. If you do that the DHCP server in your router can assign this seemingly unused IP to another device that requests a DHCP lease. Check your router's settings to determine the DHCP IP pool (usually determined by the lowest IP address of the pool and a configurable number of subsequent IP addresses).
