You could try downloading the linux tarball http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=7.3 and have a go at installing that.
I am using clarkconnect 4.3 on an MSI Axis 700 lite which is via mini-itx based and luckily it uses rpm's so I just download the redhat package and install that. You should probably also ask in an openfiler board.
