I will say one thing with no offense or cticism intended whatsoever. Had I seen your blog before getting started (I have NO linux experience at all and only really very basic network skills - but I can read instructions!) I would probably have been scared of. Badly. I might have just said oh it's all too hard. Might I suggest an entry in your instructions list somewhere that is just - the easy way. Like this: Suppose you have don't want raid (you have another backup solution you are comfortable with) and you are a just a handyperson looking to serve your squeeze system with a cheap home server option. Install something like one of the debian distros, a VNC solution, Samba and the relevant SC version, and you are good to go!
