Unfortunately, the static libraries are still prebuilt.  I used the
squeezeslave/lib/libportaudio/linux26/build-portaudio-lnx26-alsa script
to configure the library and then run make and copy the files into the
linux26 directory.

The file makefile.mingw32pav19-debug is the first one I've modified to
build libportaudio as part of the compile.  You could use this as an
example to create a makefile for 64bit linux, I assume.
