1) Yes I have share mounted and I can play the flacs from any pc i have itunes or windows media.
2) I have FLAC set to native and just below WAV to FLAC set in the FLAC section 3) bitrate is set to unlimited. But I think you are on to something because as I was replying to this email my SB display went into this rapid cycling mode of tracks in the folder I said happend and it has created entries in the log file.
